Register With Us
For Patients in the Tonbridge area, we are unable to accept new registrations at this time.
This is because of lack of capacity, and we have regrettably taken the decision not to accept any new patients, except new additions to households currently registered with us, or patients living in our Penshurst catchment area. This is to ensure that our current patients have access to appointments and that they are treated safely and continue to receive the quality of care for which we are renowned.

If you live in our Penshurst catchment area and would like to register with the practice, you will need to complete a Registration Form. You can pick one up from Reception at the Surgery. You will also need two forms of ID – one a photo ID and the other giving a proof of address.
Once this process has been completed we will be able to register you as a permanent patient.
You can then book a ‘New Patient Check’ appointment with Helen Craddock; our Healthcare Assistant.
On joining the practice list you will be allocated a named doctor. We would encourage you to see this Doctor wherever possible, as we believe that continuity of care is helpful to both you and your Doctor.
If you wish to subsequently change to another Doctor, this is normally possible on discussion with the practice manager.
Once registered you will be able to attend either of our surgeries, Tonbridge or Penshurst.
