How To Book Your Appointment
Calling the Surgery
Our Receptionists will ask you for a brief outline of your problem when you ring to book an appointment.
This is in order to help us to identify the most appropriate place/person for your care.
This is to identify whether our community pharmacy consultation service can help.
This service can offer same day appointments (dependent on time of referral) with a community pharmacist for minor illnesses. Should you need to be referred to an alternative service the pharmacist can arrange this.
Book a Routine Appointment
I have a non-urgent problem and can wait to be seen.

Life Threatening - Go to A&E
If you or someone you know has a life-threatening condition, such as loss of consciousness, a sudden confused state, chest pain, breathing difficulties etc, you should call 999

The Practice also provides a text reminder service for those patients who have provided us with a valid mobile number. Patients will automatically receive a text with the appointment details.
