Flu vaccines this year at Warders

For the safety of our patients and staff, this year we are not running a Saturday walk-in clinic, but we are offering pre-bookable weekday appointments. Please note we are only able to vaccinate those patients who are ELIGIBLE for a free NHS flu vaccine AND have received an invitation from us.

Appointments can be booked online (our preferred option) or you can call our reception team after 1pm on Monday’s to Friday’s. We cannot accept calls to book flu vaccination appointments in the morning.

On the day of your appointment please only arrive a few minutes before your designated time as to maintain social distancing; you will be required to queue outside the practice until your appointment time.

You will be asked to get your arm ready before entering the consulting room, and to assist with infection prevention, we ask that you only bring minimal bags with you.

Our clinics are also being split by age group. If you are aged over 65 please book into clinic on weeks commencing:

  • 14th September
  • 21st September
  • 19th October

If you are in the under 65 at risk group, please book into clinics on weeks commencing:

  • 12th October
  • 9th November
  • 16th November.

Car Parking – please (unless you have a disabled parking permit) do not park at the surgery. This should ensure that patients can be seen on time and the car park remains safe for those patients who are queuing. Please note, if you arrive by car without the relevant permit you may be turned away and subsequently miss your appointment. Help us to help you.

All appointments will be in Little Warders.
